The design problems I chose to solve.

Why isn't it online yet?
Amara grows out of a real project I worked on at length with its team. To honour the confidentiality agreement with the client, I've reworked the name and the story, and I'm still refining the final visual. I'm putting the greatest care into protecting the original project and its authors.
What will I find when it's ready?
My whole story: how I moved from the GDD to the world-building and visual design. I'll walk you through how I shaped the user experience for PC and VR, the diegetic holographic UI and the multimodal-input solutions. You won't have to wait long to see it.
Why does it mean so much to you?
Because I've always found the original idea brilliant, and far more timely than it looks. It also let me test myself with art direction and UX design at once. The real product, sadly, was never released, but I hope one day the world gets to play it.

Why is it still in the works?
ArithmEpic is, in both its name and its features, my own version of a real learning product I worked on as UX/UI designer. A game that earned the EdTech Startup of the Year 2024 award. To honour its confidentiality agreement, I'm redesigning and reimagining it from scratch. It's work that takes care, and care takes time.
When will I get to see it?
Actually, very soon. I'm finishing the concept, the maths gestures and the world-building that set it apart from the original product.
What makes it different from any other maths game?
Quite simply, you learn maths by touching it. Pinch, slash and flick become operations, and every topic is learned in an intuitive, natural way. You learn by exploring, solving puzzles and, above all, having fun!

Why isn't it available yet?
V-Lab is my version of a project, very different in many respects, that I contributed to as UI/UX designer. I'm reworking it both to honour the confidentiality agreement with the client and on my own initiative. I wanted to use the redesign to dig into a branch of scientific research that is ethical and that intrigued me.
When will I see it?
Soon. It's the last of my projects that I'll deliver to the site. I'm working on it with care, and care takes time and precision.
Why in-vitro research specifically?
The original project was built for a different kind of experimentation. I chose to imagine it as in-vitro research because it's ethical, and because its design challenges are genuinely demanding.
